PTE. Inc. was founded by David Tedder and Larry Pearlman for the purpose of buying and selling single family residences, duplex, triplex and 4 plex apartments and commercial property, as well as offering related business services, including the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

David is the oldest of two boys, born and raised in Panama. Both sets of David’s grandfathers worked on the Panama Canal in the early 1900’s and David’s father was an electrician, part of the team building the Panama Canal.

David is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly) with a bachelor of science in chemical engineering and the University’s Engineering of the Year award in 1983. David was part of the Cal Poly football team and basketball team. David graduated from Cal Poly IN 1969 and his first job was with Shell Oil as a chemical engineer.

David earned his law degree at Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, California and is completing his Doctor of Natural Medicine from Q University. David has worked for and with numerous companies helping them structure and grow their businesses for optimum efficiency. He has been extensively involved in commercial real estate and notes, as part of corporate planning. He has worked with medical device and treatment companies in helping them with their regional expansions and partnerships in everything from diabetes to spinal care.

David is vice president of PTE, Inc. PTE is actively buying houses, notes and commercial property on a daily basis. Real Estate is the engine that drives the train. PTE is also a sales and marketing company representing products and companies with synergy.

David lives in Claremont, California with his wife Rebecca of 49 years. They have a son, daughter and 4 grandchildren.


Larry is the oldest of six children, born and raised in Los Angeles, and a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley in business administration.

His first job was promoting, Valley Reading Centers, Inc., three (3) remedial reading clinics located in Culver City, North Hollywood and Reseda, California. They were experts in teaching children phonics and helping them catch up with their classmates. Students were usually a minimum of two years behind in their reading. The owner was also an adjunct professor for LaVerne College, “Teaching Teachers How to Teach Reading”. Through a campaign of direct mail and daily visits to schools throughout Southern California, Larry promoted a series of 25 college lectures/seminars throughout the year and kept a fresh flow of students coming to the reading center.

Larry was Dean of Admissions for an aging barber college with 7 students in Long Beach, California, which promptly added a computer curriculum of word processing and data base entry. Using a telephone dialer and in-home visits, Larry enrolled the first 42 students in 3 weeks. He hired outside recruiters, trained 5 admission officers and grew the school to 300. He then devised a program and curriculum utilizing in home and on campus attendance to grow the school to approximately 1,000 students with a waiting list of another 1,000.

Larry was president of D Three Technology, a chemical company manufacturing proprietary liquid solutions for the removal of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from natural gas. The company worked with equipment manufacturers and their clients to create unique product formulations that extended the life of their equipment and lowered the costs for both manufacturer and customer.

Today, Larry is president of PTE, Inc. PTE is actively buying houses, notes and commercial property on a daily basis. Real Estate is the engine that drives the train. PTE is also a sales and marketing company representing products and companies with synergy.

Larry lives in Claremont, California with his wife Yvonne; together they visit their daughter and 2 grandchildren most every weekend.
